The SOVA Center states that it does not consider Gorodisky guilty and that he did not pursue the goal of propagating Nazi ideology, therefore the new court decision on his arrest is unlawful, like the previous one. The December court decision to arrest Gorodisky is currently being appealed to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
