A cameraman filming “improvement work” was detained in Moscow

In Moscow, in the Krasnoselsky district, a cameraman was detained, who was filming construction work for Solidarity activists as part of the start of the election campaign. This was announced on June 1 on Facebook by a member of the Bureau of the political council of the movement, Ilya Yashin.

“Today we organized an independent inspection of “improvement works” in the Krasnoselsky district. Less than half an hour later, a police squad arrived and took our operator away. They explained to us that it is strictly forbidden to film repairs in Moscow without the official permission of the Ministry of Defense (!) Because it threatens national security. What if we are filming all this for foreign intelligence services? ”The activist writes.

The operator was released after giving explanations, explained Yashin OVD-Info.
