The organizer of the protest action on March 26 in Tolyatti, Stanislav Bulaev, told OVD-Info by phone that a district police officer called the activist and called him to the department to give an explanation based on the materials received from the prosecutor's office to raise funds for the payment of fines.

As whom Bulaev is called, the employee did not explain. At the same time, the activist is not the organizer of the upcoming action on June 12, but he did announce a fundraiser to pay fines. As soon as it became known about the refusal to approve the action on June 12, the collection of donations was stopped, and the group announced their return, if the donor applied. The activist does not know what is the reason for such an unusual interest of the district police officer.
