The Moscow Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations warned of increased wind in the city in the near future. “According to Roshydromet, in the next hour and until 23:00 Moscow time on June 3, the north-west wind is expected to increase in Moscow with gusts of up to 13-18 m/s,” the message says, TASS reports .
Rescuers note that during inclement weather, trees may fall and large-format and weakly reinforced advertising structures may be damaged.
Rescuers advise Muscovites and guests of the capital not to leave cars near weakly fortified structures, and pedestrians are advised to avoid billboards and stay away from shaky structures.
