Truck driver Aleksey Borisov, whom the employees of the Veshnyaki department want to leave for the night, was released from the department. Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses was reclassified to him from part 8 to part 5.
Earlier, Borisov was wrongfully charged with Part 8 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated commission of an administrative offense) and wanted to leave in the department until Monday.
The truckers Mikhail Kurbatov and Yuri Bukanov , who were detained along with Borisov, were released from the department. They also drew up protocols under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the established procedure by a participant in a public event).
Tonight, three truckers were detained in a parking lot on the 6th kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road. The drivers were drinking tea in the trucks when they were asked to go out and talk to the police, after which they were detained.
