The Russian authorities thought about improving their image on social networks. The presidential administration is ready to attract an appropriate specialist as an adviser - in particular, for the coordination of information policy in the regions, and the Council of Bloggers may appear in the State Duma of the country. What do officials achieve and what can come of it?

At the end of May, the 21-year-old deputy of the State Duma from the LDPR Vasily Vlasov (member of the Committee on Physical Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth Affairs) proposed creating the Council of Bloggers under the Chamber, which will consist of the popular personalities of Runet. According to Vlasov, this will help the government communicate with the population, primarily with youth. Other deputies have already supported his idea. This happened after Blogger Sasha Spielberg, who declared at parliamentary hearings , was invited to speak to the State Duma that each of her videos are “these are mini-shoots”. Kamikadzedead has more than a million subscribers. Almost daily, he uploads a video on socio-political topics: comments on the past events, talks about stories that are little covered in the media. But he was never invited to perform at the State Duma of Russia.

- In this connection, in your opinion, the idea arose to create a council of bloggers?

- Vasily Vlasov just wants to curry up. Of course, he, of course, does not. He, like most deputies in our State Duma, simply chatting his tongue. If you look at his photos, it is clear what kind of character it is - he is constantly sitting next to Zhirinovsky.

- Who can be invited to this council?

-You need to call Mr. Max (blogger who is five years old.-RS) , Mrs. Keti (four years.-RS) , Sasha Spielberg (girl of nineteen years old, removes challenge, shows his makeup, wardrobe.- RS), Mamix (twenty-one years, gained popularity with experiments with Coca-Sola. I have a YouTube clowning, which is engaged in empty chatter, experiments and challenges. They do not do any useful things. And of course, Vanamaz should lead them all - the reviewer of the Number One Games in Rus'. Then it will be the perfect addition to those we have in the State Duma now.

Everything should be supplemented with a cherry. -Have you somehow tried to contact you, invite you to the Council?

- No, they did not try to contact me.

- In the State Duma, they say that in this way they want to communicate with citizens ...

- Oh, yes ... what they do is all the construction of the Potemkin village, then to report to the government, to Putin, that we communicate with citizens. It’s not just like that to the youth waved our hand - no, we found the channels of communication with her. No real things, of course, this advice of bloggers will not be taken on their shoulders. Therefore, I say who needs to be recruited there in order to build a farce into a cube.

- Why, in this case, create it?

- They always have one goal: to cut budget money, in this case, under the article, working with youth. Now, in addition, in the media you can set the creation of the Council of Bloggers as a great achievement of power - a huge step towards young people, ”says Dmitry Ivanov.

A kind of experiment to attract bloggers in the State Duma has already been conducted by inviting Sasha Spielberg to speak. Dmitry recorded a video in which he comments on the performances of the girl. Kamikadzedead, and not only he, noticed that Sasha was most likely written by someone else: a lot of official phrases and revolutions that are not characteristic of the girl’s ordinary conversation.

In her words, she learned about youth policy only on that day. But I already found ways to develop it: I offered the deputies more actively using social networks and YouTube, so that "the state will turn for young people from an abstract concept into specific people." Dmitry notes that most Sasha’s subscribers have not even reached the age of voting. And nobody thinks to call normal bloggers who are versed in the political situation in the country who shoot videos on socially significant topics:

- What is the average age of your subscribers and who looks more for you - men or women?

I would not want to do what they do in our schools, in universities, on Seliger - are manipulated by the consciousness of children

- 93 percent of my audience are men, 7 percent are women. I have a fairly adult audience: the average age of 18–35 years. The vast majority are young men of 20–25 years. Those who are younger, mostly watch bloggers who participate in rap battles, make challengi. My spectators, fortunately, are more adults. Fortunately, because I would not want to do what they are doing in our schools, in universities, at Seliger-they are manipulated by the consciousness of children, they inspire them with some ideas. I hope to come to my blog on their own and consciously.

- You post several videos a week. Thus, almost regularly give people news. How do you choose, what will you talk about?

- Now, due to the last events, I concentrated on protest activities. But I try to talk about private stories in parallel. First of all, I choose topics with specific examples that demonstrate to people the social and economic problems of the country. I recently recorded three videos that the Moscow Region is built up with high -rise buildings, and they are not provided with social assistance to residents. The villages become part of the city districts, and this is done in order to increase land tax. He talked about the unscrupulous partnership of homeowners, which simply illegally forms tariffs, steals diesel fuel at the Ministry of Defense. But such topics do not cause excitement.

I begin from the fact that people will not lie to me, come up with a problem. Why do they need it?

It is more interesting for people of federal history, for example, the news about the daughter of the ex-prosecutor of North Ossetia, which threatened the police knife on May 1, 2016. Only now, when the scandal subsided, they began a preliminary investigation. The interest of people related to the ex-prosecutor is obvious that the girl is covered. I recorded an appeal to Kolokoltsev (Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia.-RS) , where he said that something was clearly wrong with the police in the country: they were delayed for the duck, and nothing was a threat to the murder of a police knife. A comparison of such news works well. With such examples, people better understand the depth of the problem.

-Do you check the information somehow?

- I always refer to the news resource. I am not engaged in investigations myself. I can only just talk to people, but then it will be their opinion. I begin from the fact that people will not lie to me, come up with a problem. Why do they need it?

However, I do not write for no reason that someone is bad. I always consider specific cases with specific characters, their posts, full name, show photos of these people in the video, put a link to the news about this in the media. And it is a custody to say that everything in our country is bad - this is not my level, I do not do this.

- In the usual media, would you go to work?

- I would gladly go to work on our television. But provided that the editors will not dictate to me, what and how to do. But this is impossible - we all understand this perfectly. Therefore, this is just a dream. But in general, I would like to work for a large audience. Only in this I see the meaning of large media.

- As a result, today is your blog a manifestation of a civil position or is it already a job?

- This is a full -fledged work.

- When they started, they counted on this?

I understand that I would go crazy if I were silent. For me, the main thing is to be able to speak out

- No, then I did not think about it - neither about money, nor about subscribers. I did what I liked. I did it for myself. I wanted to tell people about what is happening in the country. Because we have terrible apoliticality in Russia. Yes, there are a number of activists on the one and the other side of the barricades. But they are in the minority. Most - 56 percent - did not take part in the past elections. They are apolitical, and they do not understand that there are a lot of them and that their voice is able to change something. They have political apathy. And I wanted to charge people that this would not be. Now, in fact, the idea of the blog has not changed.

Friends often ask me how I still have not gone crazy with so many negative news with which I work every day. And I understand that I would go crazy if I were silent. For me, the main thing is to be able to speak out. I have already developed a lawyer when something goes to the table, something-I did not particularly see the supervisor and the result of my work.

- What is the result, efficiency for you?

The Internet is a great way to do it. Such "heroes of the country" must be identified

-The result is when someone writes to me that before he was not interested in politics, but now he began to follow a little. The most important result is when it is possible to punish someone according to merits and put in jail. As in the case of Mark Konkov . I am absolutely sure that he was able to put him in the educational colony largely thanks to my efforts, including. It is necessary to tell the people such stories. The Internet is a great way to do it. Such "heroes of the country" must be identified. Like, for example, the Novosibirsk gopniks, who beat the boy for his bangs - forcibly trimmed and kicked him in the face with his foot. There are many characters in the country that federal media do not pay attention to. This task falls on bloggers.

-In your opinion, is this the obligation of any popular blogger to cover such stories or is it still a personal choice of everyone?

- Each blogger decides what content to produce. But I believe that occasionally you need to talk about some iconic events. If people who wrapped themselves with tape and rushed through obscene things will suddenly begin to talk about socio-political problems, their audience will not think that they have gone crazy. She will say: wow, you grew up! But today, very many spend their rating and authority on absolutely useless things.

- Should a blogger strive for objectivity or express a personal opinion?

The state intimidates people with the help of propaganda, and those who could not be intimidated - suppresses with forceful methods

- I do not know who in Russia came up with a myth about objectivity. Only God is objective if you believe in him. I believe in him. I do not consider myself objective absolutely. When they sometimes tell me that I look like Kiselev (Dmitry Kiselev, TV presenter, General Director of the Russian International Information Agency Russia Today, Deputy General Director of VGTRK. - RS) with his fanaticism, his straightforwardness and argumentation, I reply that when I have the same millionaire meekly, sitting in front Kiseleva, who in an expensive studio with a bunch of operators receives a huge salary from the budget of Russia, then you can blame me. In the meantime, go to hell.

- At the end of Russia, according to the appeal of Alexei Navalny, according to various sources, from 30 to 90 thousand people came to anti -corruption rallies. And almost a million people look at you. Navalny’s film “He’s not Dimon” to rallies had about 13 million views. It turns out that the Internet audience is also rash and amorphous?

- Internet users are cowardly. They were intensively intimidated that the action is unauthorized. Although the festivities were completely peaceful, without weapons. The state intimidates people with the help of propaganda, and those who could not be intimidated - suppresses with power methods, and even visual images of people in armor, in helmets and batons. This prevents people not afraid to express their position with their feet, and not just likes and reposts. Yes, even likes and reposts for many are already scary.

- Does this prevent the protest from developing in virtual reality?

-The protest is still gaining momentum. Although the authorities are doing everything in order to show that the Internet is the monastery of evil where you can sit for a careless like. The government understands that they cannot cope with the Internet, therefore, it is engaged in the fact that they are leveled as the media. And people believe that the Internet is dangerous. This interferes much more than riot police.

- Did you personally feel how the pressure from the authorities increased?

They just sit and clamp people who express discontent louder than in the kitchen with a bottle of vodka

- Certainly. This happened gradually. There were no stories with me personally, I always give a link to other media. But recently I saw that a criminal case was started for a guy for reputing a frame from the film where the swastika was visible. That is, you can’t even joke this symbol as a joke. Now you need to be even more careful. The authorities do not know how to work beautifully and comply with the requirements of the people. Power is able to only scare, crush, threaten with a club.

And there they love to say: criticize - offer. Although all departments, all ministries are littered with expert proposals, what to do with the situation in the country. And they just sit and clamp people who express discontent louder than in the kitchen with a bottle of vodka, ”says Dmitry Ivanov.

The idea to create a public council from bloggers was back in 2012. Then she emanated from another deputy from the LDPR Vadim Money. And the goal was different - to fight crime on social networks. Today, youth is of greater interest for the State Duma. In addition to bloggers, they try to contact her through songs of popular performers. So, the rapper Ptach recorded the track "Freedom 2.017" , where the words "stupidly be left from the rally from the rally on March 26, because you are poor." The former soloist of the Leningrad group Alice Voks released the song “Baby” , where with a hint of the same event it says: “He wrote an exam on the story, but someone promised a mountain of gold and euro.” And while from some idols of the youth they make "agents of the Kremlin", others, like Ruslan Sokolovsky, condemn Pokemon in the temple for fishing.
