The former resident of the Grozny Murad Amriev was removed from the train at the Sugarka station in the Bryansk region. According to New Gazeta, Amriev is going to be transferred to the Grozny, where he is threatened with reprisal.
According to the investigator of the Bryansk linear department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on transport Ivan Kurpatov, Amirev is in the temporary maintenance of the regional police headquarters, in the near future Chechen police should come.
Amriev from February 1 was wanted on suspicion of making a false document (part 3 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code). The reason for initiating the case was a typo in the passport. This criminal article does not provide for punishment in the form of imprisonment, so Amriyev was sent to the insulator illegally, the lawyers of the Committee to prevent torture indicate.
Amriev was already wanted on this charges, but in 2014 the search was canceled. According to human rights activists, the re -investigation is due to the fact that the head of the Grozny police, Magomed Dashaev, announced him blood feud. Dashaev believes that the elder brother of Amriev participated in the attempt on him.
Both brothers live abroad. Murad Amriev went to Moscow to apply for a new visa.
PPPP lawyers, representing the interests of an emigrant in the ECHR, submitted an application there to urgently oblige Russia to take interim measures for its security. In particular, human rights activists indicate, the country's authorities must recognize the detention of Amriev illegal and immediately release him from the IVS. They also insist that the emigrant is not taken to Chechnya. Among other requirements are admission to the detainee lawyer Peter Zaikin.
Meanwhile, the New Gazeta reports that the lawyer, hired by Amriev’s relatives, invited him to admit any crime committed in the Bryansk region. Thus, the lawyer explained, the emigrant during the investigation and the court will escape the transfer to Chechnya. The detainee accepted the proposal, confessing to the insult of the border guard. As we can assume, we are talking about the composition described by Article 319 of the Criminal Code (insulting a representative of the authorities), which does not provide for the deadlines in the colony, and therefore the conclusion before the sentence in the pre -trial detention center.
Amriev turned to human rights defenders from the checkpoint in 2013 with a complaint of abduction and torture. On August 25, 2013, he was pushed into the car in the center of Grozny and drove to the city department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where they beaten, tortured electricity, suspended the ceiling and undergoing humiliation within two days. Under torture, Amriev signed documents regarding the attempt on Dashaev, committed in 2008.
In 2010, Amriev was already interrogated in this case. His brother, whom Dashaev suspected of a crime, had lived in Germany by that time.
On August 27, Dashaev, accompanied by about 15 policemen, brought Amriev to his parents and demanded that the older brother of the stolen return to Chechnya. The family replied that it could not guarantee this. In this case, Dashaev noted, all responsibility for the attempt will fall on his younger brother.
The next day, Amriev demanded that the police come to the police, but he ignored the call and left Chechnya. He later left Russia. Abroad, Amriev continued his sports career, becoming the world champion according to the World Mixed Martial Arts Federal.
In 2014, the Chechnya Ministry of Internal Affairs filed a lawsuit against the protection of honor and dignity to Amriev and the checkpoint, he was considered by the Leninsky District Court of the Grozny. The agency tried to attract the “facets”, which illuminated the work of Amriev, as a co -defendant, but the lawsuit was never filed by our publication. As a result, on March 30, 2015, the court ordered Amriev and the checkpoint to refute the publication of the "faces" . As the lawyers noted, the decision in relation to the "faces" was an "absolute legal nonsense".
