The upbringing of patriotism, love for the Motherland in our country is not put on a gear, as in the “Georope” mired in debauchery and liberalism. Every year, the state releases about 0.5 billion rubles. According to the article “Conducting measures to promote the patriotic education of citizens of the Russian Federation”. Another 873 million should be added to this, which, according to researchers from the Higher School of Economics (HSE), spend the regions “on patriotism” every year. Moreover, scientists determine the main feature of such education as follows: “There is a tendency to identify patriotic and military-patriotic education, and sometimes just pre-conscription training.” That is, as in the days of the USSR, love for the homeland is measured by the speed of assembly-disassembly of the Kalashnikov assault rifle.

It is hardly possible to imagine a more peaceful holiday than a graduation ball. But by the will of the Ministry of Defense and the Administration of the Moscow Region, for tens of thousands of graduates near Moscow, this celebration suddenly acquired a distinct military bias. A month and a half until June 24, when graduation evenings were held, school principals announced: by decision from above on this day, all graduates will go to have fun in the Patriot Park owned by the Ministry of Defense, which was built in Kubinka near Moscow. What plunged parents and 11-graders into a stupor. After all, cafes and restaurants have already been rented, luxurious dresses have been ordered. And then graduates are reported: everything is canceled. We will celebrate on the open air, freshly on the buses in one place, several tens of thousands of people. Ball dresses - unnecessarily.

It must be admitted that the unexpected good deed of the military department plunged into a stupor and local officials - after all, they have to implement the initiative. “Even if you admit that the buses will come on time, go to Nakhabino on Saturday traffic jams for at least a minimum of an hour,” the very puzzled district chief thinks aloud in a conversation with NT. - And what, graduates all this time will dream of how they will find themselves at an exhibition of military equipment? Most likely, they will "get". So then what to do with them? And who will ensure security, who guarantees that there will not be a fight for school for school, area for the area? And if someone wants to leave earlier, he will get an electric train? And if something happens on the road in the evening, who will answer? " He did not receive a clear answer to these questions from the regional administration.

By the way, at first no one particularly hid that everything was happening on the initiative of the Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu. “He ordered Shoigu. This is problematic for the region, but it is impossible to refuse, ”another official quotes the media. Here is a clear intention that the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov is the son of Senator Yuri Vorobyov, who worked together with the current Minister of Defense in the Ministry of Emergencies for many years.

However, when newspapers began to write about the scandalous situation, school principals and class teachers somewhat slowed the tone, stopped pressing the students. Like, no one forces anyone, only at will. And after a couple of weeks of frightened silence, the regional authorities themselves tried to explain themselves. During a specially arranged briefing, Deputy Governor Natalya Virtuozova told about the plan of the “generally exposure graduation evening” not without pathetics, but somewhat confusing: “The main idea of ​​the holiday is the unification, the theme of“ Cosmos ”was chosen because it is a symbol of the movement forward, these are new technologies and science. Our motto and appeal - "Take up!"

Why turn the graduation ball into a thousands of “event”, fraught with Khodynka? As for the boring details - security and logistics, they should have been told by subordinates to Virtuosova - the first deputy chairman of the regional government Olga Zabralova and Minister of Education Marina Zakharova. However, they limited themselves to assurances that everything would be fine. The special schedule of arrival of 600 buses has been developed so that the participants land without delay and quickly pass the framework of metal detectors (that is, both ladies guarantee the lack of traffic jams). With safety, they say, everything will be in order too. However, the number of police involved was not named. The only thing that is known: about 5 thousand directors of schools, teachers and parents will have to 22 thousand registered participants. And at the graduation ball, field kitchens will be deployed, which will be completely free to treat soldier pearl barley porridge. Also promised the sale of hamburgers for only 150 rubles. The performances of the artists and the salute are still promoted ...

The only question remained open: "Why?" Why turn the graduation, which is customary to celebrate in the company of those with whom he studied for 11 years, in a thousands of “event”, fraught with a host? It seems that the answer was that the military department needed to confirm: the Patriot Park, which was created on the initiative of the minister, for the construction of the first stage of which about 20 billion rubles were spent, although something is needed for something. Initially, it was supposed to use it for exhibitions of weapons and military equipment, all kinds of competitions with a military bias, as well as the reconstructions of the battles of the oldest times, like the “Sturma of the Reichstag” arranged on May 9. On 5500 hectares are already located the congress and exhibition center of the Armed Forces (do not laugh, so in official documents), the historical exposition "Partizan Village" and an exhibition of military equipment. The listed patriotic entertainment is clearly not enough to ensure a daily visit to the park of 20 thousand people, for which it was designed. Nothing is known about the financial condition of this institution on the balance sheet of the Ministry of Defense. However, you can suspect that the park is very unprofitable. So it was required under the guise of a good deed of graduates near Moscow to elementarily ensure its occupancy. At least for one day.

"Zarnitsa" is not a couple

By the way, the first anniversary of the implementation of another patriotic initiative Sergei Shoigu - the creation of the Yunarmi youth, which, according to the organizers, should just cover all Russian high school students, has just been noted in the Patriot Park. During the II congress of the movement, the participants reported on the successes achieved. According to the minister himself, from 5 to 15 thousand schoolchildren are poured into the number of participants. At the same time, the organizers are somewhat confused when it comes to the total number of organization - they call numbers from 70 thousand to 108 thousand people.

General impression: this is not just a demonstration of returning to the frozen Soviet military-patriotic education. This is an attempt to deeply militarization of Russia. "Unarmia" goes much further than the "Zarnitsa", its Soviet predecessor. Then it was a military game, which was held in a short time and about which everyone forgot immediately after the end. Here we are talking about an organization that would lead a constant militaristic processing of the younger generation. So, by decision of the head of the military department, 157 posts of assistants to the military commissar for military-patriotic education were introduced to the states of the military commissariats. Their main task is to fully assist the Unarmean movement. There are plans to create own media. The Junarmia weekly newspaper with an alleged circulation of 10 thousand copies and the monthly Junarmeyets magazine with a circulation of 5 thousand (despite the fact that the circulation of the Red Star, the main newspaper of the Ministry of Defense is only 27 thousand) officially registered in the state register, as independent media.

As the main achievement at the Yunarmiy Congress, they called the fact that for the first time in the Soviet and post -Soviet history in the paving stones of Red Square, teenagers in a special uniform passed with weapons in their hands, and in dozens of Russian cities, children marching with the military. For all their limitations, the Soviet military could have occurred to send civilian teenagers to the Victory Parade. In their eyes, this would be a profanity of a military profession. It is clear that this is impossible to imagine in any democratic country where, if adolescents are trained in military affairs, then only in specialized educational institutions, such as our Suvorov schools and cadet corps.

In general, a democratic society is constantly striving to limit the sphere where military orders act, exclusively armed forces. When they want to dress up everyone and everything - this is a sign of obvious ill health. However, we note that in this case, military-patriotic education can be quite profitable. The uniform of the Unarmeetz, which is distributed through the Army of Russia online store (it belongs to the subcholding of the Voentorg Ministry of Defense), costs about 20 thousand rubles. It turns out that the participants in the movement only for the uniform for the past year had to pay at least 2 billion.

Uniforms for every taste

The military uniform generally became a kind of “dotted person” for the military leaders of the country. So, if the Victory Parade on May 9 this year did not shine with the news of military equipment, the form in which it dressed its participants was struck by the variety and multi -flower, which are characteristic of the Asian and Latin American military defiles. Although, according to the organizers, this was precisely what was supposed to be filled with delight of the heart of the audience.

No dull camouflage - the fantasy of army designers walked around with might and main. The ceremonial form in which the generals were parted, as well as the ceremonial calculations of the combined arms academy and the Military Academy of the Aerospace Forces, is especially curious (apparently not enough at all). According to customers and developers, the goal was to create a "stylized form of participants in the 1945 Victory Parade." It turned out something strange. The form, according to experts, is an eclectic combination of uniforms of different eras. “A single-breasted form with a stand-up collar and stitching buttonholes or sewing on it is a very strange hybrid of different types of ceremonial form of 1943–1945: the“ tsarist ”color of the double-breasted uniforms of the generals (the ceremonial uniform of all Soviet officers later had the same) and single-breasted uniforms of officers and soldiers of the Ground Forces,”, for example, one wrote one-breasted uniforms. From bloggers. But, whatever one may say, a standing collar with large “coils” buttonholes-primarily the uniforms of the vanquished-the Wehrmacht officers. However, in fairness, we note that experts say: at the beginning of the 19th century, the Prussians adopted these same “coils” from the uniforms of Russian dragons.

How often does this happen, the militarists, wanting to dress everyone as uniforms, prostrate the most important military rituals. The military began to walk in construction, because it was easier to go to death: you could not run away from the system. The uniform appeared to distinguish his own from enemies. Military professionals have a special attitude towards the uniform and to the epaulets: each star, in theory, should be paid over the years of risk and hard work. No wonder the expression "honor of the uniform" appeared. Therefore, as humiliation and bossy nonsense, the military took the fact that Shoigu dressed up their civil deputy and assistants into the likeness of military uniforms, endowing people who never served, stars similar to general. The author had to observe how combat officers squeamishly frowned when one of the minister’s civil assistants responded with pleasure when he was represented by the “lieutenant general”.

And the parade turned into a carnival, where, according to the laws of the masquerade, the costumes are constantly changing. Today, some uniforms were sewn, the next year they will make something else: at least with hussar cops, even with heroic helmets. What will once again provide the loading of sewing enterprises. So for the 2017 parade, BTK Group and Voentorg manufactured 11.5 thousand uniform sets for actually disposable use. And not only for Moscow. More than 1,500 sets of an individually sewn -in -line form of clothing were transferred to the military personnel of the Ministry of Defense, who took part in parades in large cities and remote garrisons of our vast country. Sewing the military uniforms of higher officers of the RF Armed Forces was carried out by the oldest enterprise of Voentorg JSC 43 Central Center. And the BTK Group, which specializes, so to speak, in ceremonial consumer goods, reported on the manufacture of more than 280 thousand units of various products to the parade. According to various sources, all this Latin American bad taste cost 48 million rubles. At the same time, there is other information: the provision of military personnel with an ordinary military uniform this year is financed less than half of the need.

Unarmia and the graduation ball in the Patriot Park - this is the initiatives of security forces and social activists in the field of patriotic education of schoolchildren and even preschoolers are far from exhausted

- In September 2016, specialized classes of cadets of the Federal Punishment Service (FSIN) opened in a number of schools in Volgograd and Tver. At the opening of such a class in Volgograd, the current officers of the FSIN “demonstrated to students demonstrative films about the work of the convoy service, about the team of one of the correctional institutions, plunging everyone into the interesting everyday life of employees of the penal correction system (criminal-executive system.-NT)”.

-In March 2017, the reserve military-patriotic club on the basis of one of the city kindergartens was opened in Cherepovets. The initiators of the creation of the club were the organization “Brotherhood of the Krapovy Berets“ Vityaz ”and the local branch of“ United Russia ”. The head of the kindergarten at the opening of the club promised to hold the "Teachings and the Marsh-Scrape" with the pupils. It was emphasized that schoolchildren from eight years can join Yunarmia, and there are simply nowhere to receive military-patriotic education to preschoolers. “In my opinion, this is an important direction, so that children from an early age be proud of their country, know history, sought to be similar to the defenders of the Motherland, regardless of the kind of troops. It is very important that we do not step on the same rake as in the 1990s, ”said the State Duma deputy, unicorn Alexei Kanaev. The plans of the Party and Brotherhood "Vityaz" - the creation of a network of similar clubs in kindergartens in the Vologda region.

- In May 2017, the official representative of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Svetlana Petrenko said that after a meeting with the participation of the head of the IC Alexander Bastrykin, a decision was made to create the youth movement “Young Investigator”. The task of the movement is to contribute to the development of "moral and professional qualities of future specialists." The movement will also be responsible for the "patriotic education of youth and the disclosure of the essence and significance of the investigator for society." With children - members of the movement - current employees of the UK, veterans, as well as teachers of departmental universities will work. It is planned to hold the game "Young Rasty -Renaits". In Artek, the Young Investigator program, which is planned to be used when creating the All -Russian movement, has been operating since 2016.
