Trucker Alexey Borisov was forcibly taken by police from a parking lot at the 6th kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road to the Perovsky District Court.
The police want to rewrite the protocol under Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code, which Borisov is charged with after his arrest on Saturday, from part 5 to part 8. The fifth part differs from the eighth part in the smaller amount of the fine and a person cannot be arrested for it.
At the same time, Borisov has filed an appeal regarding his recent arrest in Khimki , which means that the court’s decision has not yet entered into force. The police also refer to the car rally case from May 2016, despite the fact that the activist has documents in his hands indicating that the case is closed.
Today the court returned the case files on truckers back to the Veshnyaki police station, the meeting was supposed to be rescheduled. The police did not give Borisov his passport and threatened to reclassify the article.
