In Moscow, a truck driver forcibly brought to court was released with a summons

In Moscow, trucker Alexei Borisov was released, who on June 5 was forcibly taken to the Perovsky District Court from a parking lot at the 6th kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road. As it became known to OVD-Info, he was given a subpoena for June 21.

Summons were also issued to Mikhail Kurbatov and Yury Bukanov, who were detained along with Borisov on 3 June. Then protocols were drawn up for all three of them under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation by a participant of a public event of the established procedure for holding a meeting).

According to OVD-Info, the police rewrote the protocol against Borisov, drawing it up under Part 8 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation by a participant of a public event of the established procedure for holding a meeting). Since this part provides for the possibility of arrest, he was brought to court forcibly.

At the same time, an appeal was filed against Borisov's recent detention in Khimki, and the court's decision has not yet entered into force. The police also refer to the May 2016 car rally case, but the activist has documents in his hands stating that the case was closed.
