Truck driver Alexei Borisov was forcibly taken away from the parking lot at the 6th kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road to the Perovsky District Court.

The policemen want to rewrite the protocol under article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which is imputed to Borisov after Saturday's detention, from part 5 to part 8. The fifth part differs from the eighth by a smaller amount of the fine and it is impossible to arrest a person on it.

At the same time, an appeal was filed against Borisov's recent detention in Khimki , which means that the court's decision has not yet entered into force. The police also refer to the May 2016 car rally case, despite the fact that the activist has documents in his hands that the case was closed.

Today, the court returned the materials of cases on truckers back to the Veshnyaki police department, the meeting was to be rescheduled. The police did not give Borisov his passport and threatened to reclassify the article.

On Saturday evening, three truckers (Mikhail Kurbatov, Alexei Borisov and Yuri Bukanov) were detained in a parking lot, on the 6th kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road. The drivers were drinking tea in the trucks when they were asked to go out to talk by police officers, after which they were detained.

For all three, protocols were drawn up under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the established procedure by a participant in a public event). However, at first the police wanted to leave Borisov in the department until Monday and issue part 8 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated commission of an administrative offense).
