The structures of the head of the Rus Oil oil company Sergei Podlisetsky will sell the Gorbushkin Dvor trading complex to the shareholder of the Russian pharmaceutical company Farmstandart Viktor Kharitonin. The representative of Kharitonin told RNS about this.

““ Gorbushkin Dvor ”has a very great potential, they have huge consumer traffic and there simply are no problems with renting premises. They were even able to go through the crisis time without shocks, ” said Harriton Energy Insider himself.

According to the representative of Podlisetsky, the transaction amount amounted to $ 500 million, the funds will be aimed at developing other assets.

TC "Gorbushkin Dvor" was opened in 2002. Now its retail area is more than 35 thousand square meters.
