The world champion in MMA, the former resident of Grozny Murad Amriev managed to leave the building of the transport prosecutor's office in Bryansk, where the Chechen security officials tried to detain him. This was reported at the FB page of the Committee on Prevention of Torture.
“He ran out of the building, jumped to his acquaintances in Prior, and they left,” Medusa reported the words of the KPPP lawyer Oleg Khabibrakhmanova.
“Do you know the tale about Kolobok? Well, in Bryansk - it is typical, it seems, with a happy ending. All the details are later, when everyone will be completely safe,” wrote the journalist of Novaya Gazeta Elena Milashina. - Unknown bears and wolves in masks are at a loss at the side of the road near their bus and "priors" and while they are scratching the turnip. "
On Tuesday, the police issued a decision to liberate Amriev. However, the New Gazeta reported , at the prosecutor’s office, the Chechen security officials were waiting for him - two police operatives, accompanied by special forces in masks. Lawyer Pyotr Zaikin feared that Amriev would be captured by force directly when leaving the building.
In a conversation with Amriev’s lawyers, the Chechen operative refused to answer on what grounds the security forces are in Bryansk and why they are trying to limit the freedom of movement of the athlete. When asked what article by the Criminal Code Amriev was put on the wanted list, the security officer replied: "What a difference."
As reported at the FB page of the KPPP, Amriev recognized one of the Kadyrovites in Bryansk as a security forces who tried him in Grozny in 2013.
On June 4, Amriev was removed from the train at the Suzemka station in the Bryansk region and were going to be transferred to Grozny , where he was facing the reprisal.
Amriev from February 1 was wanted on suspicion of making a false document (part 3 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code). The reason for initiating the case was a typo in the passport. This criminal article does not provide for punishment in the form of imprisonment, so Amriyev was sent to the insulator illegally, the lawyers of the Committee to prevent torture indicate.
Amriev was already wanted on this charges, but in 2014 the search was canceled. According to human rights activists, the re -investigation is due to the fact that the head of the Grozny police, Magomed Dashaev, announced him blood feud. Dashaev believes that the elder brother of Amriev participated in the attempt on him.
Both brothers live abroad. Murad Amriev went to Moscow to apply for a new visa.
PPPP lawyers, representing the interests of an emigrant in the ECHR, submitted an application there to urgently oblige Russia to take interim measures for its security. In particular, human rights activists pointed out, the country's authorities must recognize the detention of Amriev illegal and immediately free him from the IVS. They also insist that the emigrant is not taken to Chechnya.
Amriev turned to human rights defenders from the checkpoint in 2013 with a complaint of abduction and torture. On August 25, 2013, he was pushed into the car in the center of Grozny and drove to the city department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where they beaten, tortured electricity, suspended the ceiling and undergoing humiliation within two days. Under torture, Amriev signed documents regarding the attempt on Dashaev, committed in 2008.
In 2010, Amriev was already interrogated in this case. His brother, whom Dashaev suspected of a crime, had lived in Germany by that time.
On August 27, Dashaev, accompanied by about 15 policemen, brought Amriev to his parents and demanded that the older brother of the stolen return to Chechnya. The family replied that it could not guarantee this. In this case, Dashaev noted, all responsibility for the attempt will fall on his younger brother.
The next day, Amriev demanded that the police come to the police, but he ignored the call and left Chechnya. He later left Russia. Abroad, Amriev continued his sports career, becoming the world champion according to the World Mixed Martial Arts Federal.
In 2014, the Chechnya Ministry of Internal Affairs filed a lawsuit against the protection of honor and dignity to Amriev and the checkpoint, he was considered by the Leninsky District Court of the Grozny. The agency tried to attract the “facets”, which illuminated the work of Amriev, as a co -defendant, but the lawsuit was never filed by our publication. As a result, on March 30, 2015, the court ordered Amriev and the checkpoint to refute the publication of the "faces" . As the lawyers noted, the decision in relation to the "faces" was an "absolute legal nonsense".
