The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ordered Russia to pay Vladimir Barsukov (Kumarin), who is called the leader of the Tambov organized criminal group, 15,000 euros in compensation for not providing medical care in custody.

According to the decision, after his arrest in 2007, Barsukov, who was diagnosed with a number of chronic diseases, repeatedly complained about health problems, but for a long time did not receive the necessary medical care.

In addition, the Russian court rejected Barsukov's complaint about the failure to provide medical assistance.
