The murder of Boris Nemtsov is still not disclosed, the organizers and customers of the crime are still at large, and the investigation did not dare to interrogate those who should be interrogated first. On June 6, in the hall of the meetings of the Moscow District Military Court in the case of the murder of Boris Nemtsov, everything was everyday, and, given apparently the established Moscow weather - in some way, gray. The presiding judge Yuri Zhitnikov looked at the hall with a strict and at the same time indifferent look. 16 jury appeared in the hall from the side room only after the bailiff knocked on them “to the exit” three times. Repair work somewhere next door to the court now and then drowned out the voice of the speakers. The defendants Zaur Dadaev (he released six bullets in Nemtsov) and Khamzat Bakhaev-the other three: the brothers Shadid and Anzor Gubashev, as well as Temirlan Eskerkhanov, were removed from the hall because of the bickering with the judge and will now appear here, only to say the last word-they calmly studied the fresh press*.

The accusation makes a point

Alexei Lvovich, the state prosecutor on the second day of the debate, to which the judge gave the first word, in fact, logically developed and failed the final line, as the prosecution was convinced, under what he said on June 1, after the start of the debate, his colleague, the chief state prosecutor Maria Semenenko: all the performers are established, guilty and must bear well -deserved punishment; The organizer is also established-the wanted by Ruslan Mukhudinov, the driver of the ex-deputy commander of the Chechen battalion "North" Major Ruslan Geremeyev.

The state prosecutor, in fact, did not say anything about the motives that were moved by the performers, again, as in the first meeting with Maria Semenenko, voiced only the amount of reward for the crime - 15 million rubles. The question of what was the case of Nemtsov personally to the “organizer” Mukhudinov that he was ready to pay such an amount, and how he, with his driver’s salary, could collect it, hung in the air-to which the lawyer Zaurbek Sadakhanov drew attention in his speech.

Alexey Lvovich in his speech scrupulously listed the most obvious - and long -known, from the point of view of the prosecution, - evidence of the guilt of the defendants: the moment of their appearance in Moscow, the moment and the circumstances of the acquisition of the car Zaz Chance, on which the “organized crime groups” first monitored Nemtsov, and then used it on the day of the murder, picked it up with a large Moskvyoretsky bridge. That the shooting Zaura Dadaev and trying to hide: they chose the most inconspicuous car with the numbers near Moscow, the purchase in the car dealership was issued for a dummy. (Subsequently, at 19 “objects” of the car, Zaz Chance will be found biological traces of criminals). SIM-cards for mobile phones were also purchased for dummies. To track the movements of Nemtsov, the state prosecutor emphasized, for criminals was not particularly difficult: the whole life of the opposition policy was widely covered in the media. On the other hand, the publicity of Nemtsov, his active movements in Moscow and outside of it practically did not give a chance to commit a crime and immediately hide quietly. Lvovich disavowed the previous statements of Dadaev and the Gubashev brothers that they, they say, did not really know who Nemtsov was. They knew very much - in a computer in an apartment on Vernaya Street, where they lived, a bookmark “Nemtsov Boris Efimovich” was found. (And in the mobile phone of Eskerkhanov, as a representative of the victim’s side will later remind at the trial, a video file with an obscene statement by Boris Nemtsov against Putin was found). And by the way, in both apartments on Ve one, used by criminals, contrary to the statements of the defendants, that they never used the Internet and generally can barely imagine what it is, Wi-Fi routers were installed, and Dadaev actively used the WhatsApp messenger. (In the last hours before the murder, mobile numbers of criminals were disconnected, while they actively communicated among themselves on closed messengers).

They all took them to the Vnukovo airport Mukhudinov, who himself left for the Grozny on the 2nd.

“Based on all this, we confidently declare that the defendants are guilty of committing a crime,” said Alexei Lvovich, repeating the main withdrawal of the prosecution, repeating after Maria Semenenko that all these charges are confirmed by video cameras, examinations, analysis of telephone calls and other evidence, the state prosecutor emphasized.

However, as it turned out further in the course of the hearing, this result did not satisfy the victim at all (Zhanna Nemtsov, the daughter of the murdered opposition policy), which is represented by lawyers Olga Mikhailov and Vadim Prokhorov in court.

Conscious fiasco

The organizers of the crime today, after more than two years, are still at large, and not all performers are on the bench of the defendants, Mikhailova noted.

Vadim Prokhorov, to whom the judge gave the floor after Mikhailova, drew attention to the fact that there are not only customers and organizers of this very loud crime in the country - they were not even detained and not established. And this is with “increased and exhaustive financing of Russian law enforcement agencies and special services, despite the fact that the country's best investigators are allegedly engaged in this case”: “And the result in this regard is zero!”

In the indictment, the organizer is called "Ruslan Mukhudinov and other unidentified persons." Where Mukhudinov is located is not officially known. And the “completely obvious fiasco” sides of the prosecution, and the investigation, suggested Prokhorov, suffered Fiasco consciously.

Prokhorov doubted that the young (without other means of the group), the driver of Muhudinov, the organizer of the murder. That is, he is at least not the only organizer. Because this kind of crimes cannot be planned without the participation of people who have in Chechen society, unlike Mukhudinov, some weight and own interests that his employer and patron of Ruslan Geremeyev may have, who one apartment (46 Vernaya Street), where the defendants were constantly appeared and lived, bought for 19 million rubles. (Where did Major of the Kadyrovsky special forces come from - also a question) in the name of his nephew Arthur Geremeyev, and the other (Vernaya, 3) took off his own funds in the fall of 2014. All these data are confirmed by written evidence, testimony of witnesses and, in general, are not denied by the defendants themselves.

The lawyer Prekhorov cited the testimony of the witness of Zarina Isoeva at the trial: “Ruslan Geremeyev was the eldest among the boys. He was an indisputable leader, everyone was afraid of him. "

Odim of the favorite places for the deployment of Ruslan Geremeyev in Moscow, according to Prokhorov, was the “president-hott”, noted by the Kadyrov’s cards, where he occupied the numbers shot in the name of his native uncle, a senator (member of the Federation Council) Suleiman Geremeyev, whose electronic cards were also taken on 46 veinna.

With all this, Ruslan Geremeyev takes place in the case only as a witness.

And another witness is held in the case by Colonel Alibek Delikhmanov, who at the time of the murder of Nemtsov was the commander of Ruslan Geremeyev himself. Delimkhanov, already questioned in court as a witness, is a listener of the Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. At the same time, he suffers from a strange form of amnesia, noted the lawyer of Prekhorov in the debate, since he did not remember at all that he was in his regiment two years ago, and could not explain in court how they could be in the apartment on the Vernia, the commercials signed by him, and he could not identify or refute the signature.

Special shyness

The detention of the suspects in the case of the murder of Nemtsov without problems took place in three subjects of Russia: Dadaev and the Gubashev brothers were detained in Ingushetia, Eskerkhanov in Moscow, Bakhaev - in the Moscow Region (Odintsovo district). The only suspect who was tried to detain in Chechnya was Beslan Shavanov. But he died during the detention, in which the same regiment participated under the command of Alibek Delimkhanov, in which both Geremeyev and Dadaev served.

Prokhorov is sure that Shavanov, a “key witness”, was killed during the detention: “There was simply no task to take him alive.”

Another detail: Shavanov himself, a highly professional fighter and a shooter, did not serve in the Akhmat Kadyrov regiment (former Battalion of the North), but in the police regiment, in the FFGKU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Czech Republic for the protection of oil and gas facilities, and another representative of the influential Delimkhan clan - the ball.

The lawyer Prekhorov at the court of Adam Delimkhanov, the deputy of the State Duma, the eldest of the Delimkhanov brothers, with whom Ruslan Geremeyev’s family ties and who “does no serious steps in Moscow at the federal level does not, without coordination or direct instructions, Ramzan Kadyrov” recalled.

The investigation acted until oddly selectively and sometimes - with "special shyness," Prokhorov noted. For example, the governor of the Yaroslavl region Sergei Yastrebov was interrogated immediately, even without the application of the victims. And the interrogation and conduct of investigative actions against Ramzan Kadyrov and his immediate environment has not been achieved so far. How the investigation was not decided once again to disturb Ruslan Geremeyev: investigators, as investigator Alexander Kamashev showed during the court, in an attempt to establish the location of Geremeyev, arrived at his native village and knocked on the door: “Well, no one opened the door - we left ...”

The governor of the Yaroslavl region Sergei Yastrebov was interrogated immediately, even without the application of the victims. And the interrogation and conduct of investigative actions against Ramzan Kadyrov and his immediate environment have not been able to achieve so far

The obvious motive

The motives of the organizers and customers of the murder are also not established by the investigation: why was Nemtsov killed? What is the reason why they deigned to part with a considerable amount of money. The only obvious motive, Prokhorov believes was the suppression of the active political and social activity of Nemtsov. Witnesses also pointed to this. However, the investigation ignored these arguments.

When Prokhorov spoke, the Judge Zhitnikov never intervened. The only time he did it when Prokhorov began to tell the story of how Imam Shamil surrendered to the Russian troops in the 19th century. “This does not apply to the case,” the judge interrupted the lawyer.

Then Prokhorov rejected the parable in a conversation with NT: “When Shamil went captive, the fellow tribesmen tried to call him out, but he never turned. Then, it seems, Prince Baryatinsky asked Shamil: "Why?" “Because they don’t shoot in our back, but turning, I would immediately get a bullet in the forehead.”

Shamil’s times have long passed: Nemtsov, who back in 1996 collected 1 million signatures against the war in Chechnya and handed them to President Yeltsin, were killed by six shots in the back.

* According to the prosecution, Dadaev, an officer of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a former employee of the North battalion, shot in Nemtsov. Anzor Gubashev and Beslan Shavanov (killed during the detention in March 2015, the criminal case against him was terminated) along with him was monitored by Nemtsov and helped to hide immediately after the murder. Shadid Gubashev, Eskerkkhanov and Bakhaev, according to the prosecution, collected information about Nemtsov, or brought the gang participants, but they were not at the place of murder.
