The activist is invited to come to the police department to give explanations and draw up a protocol on an administrative offense under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a public event).
“On May 31, 2017, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Khabarovsk received information on the fact that you were campaigning among citizens for taking part in a public event that will take place on June 12, 2017.
