Umarov accused the FSB of forgery

The deputy chairman of the Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people Ilmi Umarov at the hearings on the merits of their craftsmanship, which opened in the Simferopol District Sour of the annexed Crimea, accused the FSB, which led the investigation, for a forgery. The prosecutor Oleg Sarginov, in indictment, quoted the Russian translation of phrases from the television set of Umarov, presenting them as a transcript of the politician's speech. The deputy chairman of the Mejlis objected that the text performed by the translator could not be called a transcript, which means that the investigation made a gross violation. In addition, the politician added, the decoding of the original text in the Crimean Tatar language is generally absent.

As Aisha Umarova noted, the prosecutor of Sarginov, before the annexation of Crimea, worked in the prosecutor's office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in Saki and Dzhankoy, and after the occupation of the peninsula, he violated the oath and moved to the Russian prosecutor's office. The chairman in the process Andrei Kulishov was also previously a Ukrainian judge.
