Trial of Ilmi Umarov

In the summer, Umarov refused to undergo an outpatient psychoexpertiza, which the investigator illegally appointed. After that, the investigator through the court achieved a policy for a three -week inpatient examination in a psychiatric hospital. He was taken there on August 18 from cardiology, where he was with a pre -infarction state. In the psychiatric hospital, Umarov, who is suffering among other things with diabetes mellitus, a blood sugar jump occurred. Then Umarov lost consciousness. On September 7, at the end of the examination, the deputy chairman of the Majlis was freed from a psychiatric hospital.
