The Supreme Court of Tatarstan left three volunteers of Navalny's headquarters under arrest

On June 6, the Supreme Court of Tatarstan dismissed appeals against the arrests of activists from the local headquarters of Navalny Iskander Gumerbaev, Azat Shaimukhametov and Andrey Boyarshinov. It is reported by Idel. Realities.

Judge of the Supreme Court of Tatarstan Ramil Malikov considered complaints only under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer). He left the decisions of the lower court unchanged. In turn, lawyer Irina Gontsova insisted that the decisions of the district court should be cancelled. Iskander Gumerbaev, Azat Shaimukhametov and Andrey Boyarshinov will remain in prison until June 10.

On May 30, Judge of the Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan, Damir Gadyrshin, considered the administrative cases of three activists from Navalny's campaign headquarters, who were detained on May 14 at a campaign cube on Tukay Square in Kazan. The judge found Iskander Gumerbaev, Azat Shaimukhametov and Andrey Boyarshinov guilty of violating the established procedure for holding a public event (under part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and disobeying the order of a police officer (under part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). On the first charge, the court assigned each activist 35 hours of compulsory work, and on the second, 12 days of administrative arrest.
