There is no gas in our half, and it is impossible to conduct it, since gas pipes are located in the part of the second veteran’s apartment. That is, the veterans of the war were given "odnushki", cut in half in which there are no conditions. The cadastral value was indicated at 2.8 million rubles, although in realities each half can cost no more than 1.2 million rubles, ”a resident of Sevastopol shared.
