RBC found changes in the verdict to General of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Sugrobov after the court

The verdict of the former head of the anti -corruption administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Denis Sugroobov was changed after his announcement, writes RBC.

The publication studied the resolution of the sentence, the audio recording of its announcement, as well as the complaints of lawyers to the Supreme Court. During the announcement, the judge decided to set off the time that the snowdrifts and his subordinates were trained in custody.

One of the convicts, Salavat Mullyarov, on October 10, 2014 was transferred from a pre -trial detention center under house arrest. This date is in the print text of the sentence, but it was not voiced in the courtroom, RBC claims.

In addition, the decision read out by the judge says: “Store material evidence in the case and in the established places of storage before the permission of the allocated criminal cases [in relation to other subordinates of Svugrobov]. After the judge left the deliberate room, it is unacceptable to make corrections, the lawyer Eduard Isetsky told RBC. According to a lawyer, "if there were edits made outside the deliberative room, then the court may be dependent, he communicates with someone and another person may affect him." In this case, said Isetsky, the verdict must be canceled without fail.

Retired federal judge, Sergei Pashin, explained to the publication that if the changes to the text of the sentence affect the essence of the decision, then “we can talk about falsification, which in itself is a criminal act”.

“In cases where the judges were convicted of such, it usually ended with an early termination of authority,” Pashin said.

On April 27, the Moscow City Court sentenced Sugrobov to 22 years in prison on charges of abuse of authority, provocation of a bribe, organization and/or participation in the criminal community. According to the investigation, the General of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and his subordinates committed at least 10 serious crimes, including tried to provoke a bribe of the FSB officer.
