Former resident of Grozny, world champion MMA Murad Amriev, detained on the eve of Belorussian Dobrush, was taken away from the police department and an unknown direction. It is reported by "New Gazeta".

One of them distracted the attention of journalists and lawyers trying to pursue cars. “One column moves to the border, we overtook it. We don’t see the second column, maybe it went far ahead,” said lawyer Peter Zaikin.

The location of Amriev is unknown. Lawyers are afraid that he had already been handed over to the Russian security forces. “In this situation, only one thing is good - in the territory of the Russian Federation, a lawyer will have at least some powers and opportunities. And we seem to have another sleepless night in an eye to a hard fight for Murad,” wrote Oleg Khabibrakhmanov lawyer Oleg Khabibrakhmanov.

Belarusian policemen did not allow lawyers to Amriev. He shouted out the air defense system that he was not allowed to write a statement about the provision of asylum in Belarus.

According to lawyers, they are specifically confused by a large number of cars. Cars with reporters stop. Defenders suggest that Amriev wants to leave without legal assistance when issuing Russia.

On the eve of Dobrush, Gomel region, Amriev was detained by Belarusian border guards . The basis of the Belarusian security forces called the fact that in Russia it was put on the federal wanted list.

The emigrant was delivered to the Department of Internal Affairs of the Dobrushsky district. The KPPP lawyer Petr Zaikin went to Belarus. At the same time, human rights activists found a local lawyer familiar with the Belarusian migration legislation. The Department of Internal Affairs of the Gomel Oblast Executive Committee said that Amriev would be transferred to Russia.

The chairman of the torture prevention committee, Igor Kalyapin, said that a complaint about the announcement of Amriev on the wanted list will be filed in Grozny. “But they will consider it not earlier than in a week and this is the Court in the Czech Republic. Do you understand the prospect?” The human rights activist wrote. “Let him be better there (in Belarus. - Ed.) Amriev has a residence permit in Ukraine. As you might assume, it was there that he tried to leave Belorussia. Khabibrakhmanov noted that the emigrant made such a decision independently and human rights activists were not aware of his initiative. “There are the same search databases, which Amriev apparently did not know about, but we did not have the opportunity to explain it to him,” the lawyer wrote.

In the afternoon, the Rain correspondent Vasily Polonsky said that a representative of Chechen law enforcement agencies had arrived in the Dobrush ROVD. With a reference to the accidentally heard conversation of Belarusian police, Polonsky said that Amriev was going to take the Russian security for the Chechen security officials in the near future. At the same time, Amriev said that if he was taken to Russia, then he "can do anything with him."

Meanwhile, the KPPP published a video message from Amriev’s parents with a request to help prevent their son in Chechnya.

In 2013, Groznets A Amriev, a MMA fighter, said to the committee against torture (the predecessor of the current KPPP) that on August 25 of the same year, the Kadyrovites abducted him in the center of the Chechen capital and took him to the city Ministry of Internal Affairs, where they killed him, tortured him, hung up and underwent humiliation. Under torture, Amriev signed documents regarding the attempt in 2008 by the head of the Grozny police Magomed Dashaev.

Amriev’s older brother, who had been in Germany by that time, was suspected of a crime. The athlete himself in 2010 was already interrogated in the case.

On August 27, 2013, Dashaev brought Amriev to his parents and demanded that their eldest son return to Chechnya. The family replied that it could not guarantee this. In this case, Dashaev noted, all responsibility for the attempt will fall on his younger brother.

The next day, Amriev demanded that the police come to the police, but he ignored the call and left Chechnya. He later left Russia. Abroad, Amriev continued his sports career and became the world champion in the World Mixed Martial Arts Federal.

In 2014, the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Chechnya filed a lawsuit against the protection of honor and dignity to Amriev and the checkpoint, he was considered by the Leninsky district court of the Grozny. The agency tried to attract the “facets”, which illuminated the work of Amriev, as a co -defendant, but the lawsuit was never filed by our publication. As a result, on March 30, 2015, the court ordered Amriev and the checkpoint to refute the publication of the "faces" . As the lawyers noted, the decision in relation to the "faces" was an "absolute legal nonsense".

On June 4, Amriev entered Russia to submit documents for a new visa in Moscow. At the Suzemka station in the Bryansk region, he was removed from the train to transfer to Grozny . As it turned out, the emigrant is wanted under Part 3 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code (using a knowingly false document). The reason for the initiation of the case was a typo in his passport. Earlier, Amriev was already wanted in this case, but in 2014 the search was canceled. On February 1 of this year, the athlete was repeatedly put on the wanted list.

Amriev was sent to the IVS. As the human rights activists noted, this was done illegally, since part 3 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code does not provide for an imprisonment in the colony.

On June 6, the transport prosecutor's office in Bryansk decided to release Amriev. However, the Kadyrovites - two police operatives and special forces in masks were waiting at the emigrant building. They intended to kidnap Amriev right at the exit from the department.

However, the athlete managed to take the security forces by surprise. Jumping out of the building, he jumped into the car to his friends who were waiting for him, and they left.

Amriev recognized one of the Kadyrovites in Bryansk as a security forces who tried him in Grozny in 2013.
