Oleg Dugnist and Anastasia Yemelyanova, protesters from the city of Prokhladny, said they were under pressure from the police. Dugnist is accused of crossing a solid line, which, however, should not be on that section of the road at all. And they came to Emelyanova's office with a search. about this . writes The "Caucasian Knot"
After entrepreneur Anastasia Yemelyanova supported the truckers’ protest, her office was searched: “On April 5, employees of one of the law enforcement agencies came to me and said that they would carry out operational-search activities in my office. They said that they supposedly had information that I was selling counterfeit goods. Didn't find anything"
Then a protocol was drawn up against Emelyanova, even several: “It was written in the protocol that I used foul language in my office. I told them that I have video cameras installed in my office that record sound. They left somewhere, returned 15 minutes later with another protocol, where it was written that I used obscene language towards them while on the street. The court fined the entrepreneur for one thousand rubles.
On May 27, her office was again searched, during which security forces seized a computer and a video recorder. The search took place immediately after Yemelyanova sent a notice to hold a rally against corruption in Nalchik on June 12.
Instead of a rally, its organizers plan to hold a picket in Nalchik, Yemelyanova said. On June 1, according to Emelyanova, the security forces returned the equipment seized during the search.
Another activist, Oleg Dugnist, says that a case has been submitted to the court for violating traffic rules. The security forces claim that he, while driving a car, crossed a solid line: ““ I submitted a certificate from the housing and communal services department of Prokhladny that there should not be a solid line on this section of the road, that it was not agreed with the city administration and it is not known who caused it” .
