
The judge of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow Natalia Dudar sent the sixth person involved in the “March 26” Dmitry Borisov under the arrest. This was reported by the correspondent of "faces" from the courtroom. Borisov was taken into custody for two months.
The investigator petitioned the arrest of Borisov. He stated that the detainee does not plead guilty, does not repent of his deed. The investigator also said that the investigation of the case was extended until September 26.
Borisov himself said he was not going to hide. “You, apparently, think about me and underestimate. You think I am such an inconsistent person who goes to rallies, and then is going to run somewhere,” he said.
Lawyers Vladimir Safonov and Nikolai Fomin insisted on house arrest. The defense introduced the court to guarantee from the head of the ICG Lyudmila Alekseeva and the chairman of the “For Human Rights” movement Leo Ponomarev.
Safonov called the investigator’s assertion incorrect that Borisov did not plead guilty. According to the lawyer, the accused from the moment of detention refused to give any explanation.
Fomin noted that when detaining on March 26, Borisov brought five police officers face up. He could not see them, so you cannot talk about intentional actions. Borisov could hurt the policeman only by chance, the lawyer emphasized.

Later, the mother of Borisova Irina reported that her son was detained in the "case of March 26" . According to the plot of the case, the activist’s mother said, on March 26 at about 16 hours Borisov "resisted the police and caused some damage to some kind of Erokhin." The investigator showed her photographs where her son was shot in the crowd. Irina Borisova noted that it is impossible to understand any of these pictures. There is also a video in the case.
According to "Mediazons", investigator Alexander Uranov is engaged in the case. Earlier, he conducted the affairs of the swamp prisoners of Ivan Nepomnya, Dmitry Buchenkov and Maxim Panfilov.
On Friday, Borisov was charged under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the use of violence that is not life -threatening and health in relation to a representative of the authorities). According to the investigation, Borisov "during an unauthorized rally, he struck two punches on the head of a police officer who was in the performance of official duties."
