The activist of the “14%” movement Dmitry Borisov, detained in the “March 26” case, was charged under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the use of violence that is not life -threatening and health in relation to a representative of the authorities). This was reported by "Mediazona" with reference to the lawyer Nikolai Fomin.

According to the lawyer, he so far has “conflicting information” about which actions are charged with his client.

The measure of restraint Borisov has not yet been elected, Fomin has no information about the time of the court session. The protocol on the detention of the activist was drawn up on Thursday evening, so the 48-hour period of detention has not yet expired.

Meanwhile, the press service of the TFR said that, according to the investigation, Borisov, "during an unauthorized rally, inflicted two punches on the head of a police officer who was in the performance of official duties."

On Thursday morning, it became known about the search of Borisov in the village of Nikolo-Uryupino Krasnogorsk district of the Moscow Region. After the search, the activist was taken to the Central Glavk of the Investigative Committee in Technical Lane.

Later, the mother of Borisova Irinna reported that her son was detained in the “case of March 26” . According to the plot of the case, the activist’s mother said, on March 26 at about 16 hours Borisov "resisted the police and caused some damage to some kind of Erokhin." The investigator showed her photographs depicting her son in a crowd of people. Irina Borisova noted that it is impossible to understand any of these pictures. In the case there is also a video that officials of the security forces to demonstrate to the detainee.

According to "Mediazons", investigator Alexander Uranov is engaged in the case. Earlier, he conducted the affairs of the swamp prisoners of Ivan Nepomnya, Dmitry Buchenkov and Maxim Panfilov.

Borisov is 31 years old, he has been engaged in opposition activities from at least 2014. He visited the courts in the swamp case, participated in the readings of the Constitution in the center of Moscow.

It was still known about the five defendants in the “case of March 26”; Each of them was charged with only one accusation - in part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code. All five were sent to a pre -trial detention center. Two accused-28-year-old actor Yuri Kuli and 39-year-old carpenter Alexander Shpakov-have already been convicted in a special manner by eight months of a colony-settlement and one and a half years of general regime, respectively. The trial continues to the 32-year-old developer Stanislav Zimovts, who ultimately refused to admit guilt. The investigation in the affairs of the 30-year-old loader Andrei Kosykh and the 32-year-old wizard for the repair of equipment Dmitry Gerekin has not yet been completed.
