Amriev was sent to the IVS. As the human rights activists noted, this was done illegally, since part 3 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code does not provide for an imprisonment in the colony.

On Tuesday, the transport prosecutor's office in Bryansk decided to free Amriev. However, the Kadyrovites - two police operatives and special forces in masks were waiting at the emigrant building. They intended to kidnap Amriev right at the exit from the department. Amriev recognized one of the Kadyrovites in Bryansk as a security forces who tried him in Grozny in 2013.
