The sixth person involved in the March 26 case, Dmitry Borisov, was arrested until August 8

The judge of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow, Natalya Dudar, on June 9, took into custody for two months, until August 8, the sixth person involved in the March 26 case, Dmitry Borisov. It is reported by Mediazona.

The judge granted the petition of the investigator, who asked to arrest Borisov for such a period. The defense asked the court to choose any measure of restraint for Borisov, with the exception of arrest.

Dmitry Borisov was detained on June 8 in Moscow. In the morning, Borisov's house was searched , then he was taken for identification and a confrontation with a policeman at the Investigative Committee, after which he was brought to the temporary detention center at 38 Petrovka.

Borisov was charged under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (use of violence not dangerous to life or health against a government official). According to investigators, he kicked police officer Erokhin twice in the head. In court, the investigator also said that the activist resisted the arrest, and Borisov called these words a lie.
