“We remind you that the responsibility for ensuring the safety of participants in the event is assigned to the organizers of public events,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized. “The law enforcement bodies will take all the necessary measures to ensure the safety of residents and guests of the capital, celebrating the national holiday.”

"Video cameras will be located in the sectors and provide one hundred percent coverage of shares," the official said.
"There are many events in the city. This time we decided to apply quite serious and effective technical means for security purposes - we will install video surveillance cameras with the personality indexation system," Chernikov said. He added that this system supports the “Portrait recognition” function.
