Maltsev was released from the police

Earlier, police officers came with a search of the Nationalist’s house in the Moscow Region, where the artillery project is being removed. In addition to Maltsev, there were seven more supporters in the apartment. After the search, they were taken to the department to establish personality. At the same time, the lawyer of Open Russia Sergey Badamshin clarified that everyone had a passport with him.

Also, on suspicion of article 318 of the Criminal Code (the use of violence against a representative of the authorities) was detained by another supporter of Maltsev, Alexei Politics. He is in the Investigative Committee in Moscow.

Prior to this, Maltsev received 15 days of administrative arrest in the case of disobedience to the police on protest actions on March 26.
