Alexei Navalny brought to court

Alexey Navalny, detained on June 12, was taken from the Department of Internal Affairs in the Danilovsky district to the Simonovsky district court. Before this, a protocol was drawn up against the politician under Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation by the organizer of a public event of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, the maximum sanction is 30 days of arrest). Navalny’s lawyer Vadim Kobzev reported this on Twitter.

Navalny was detained at the entrance, while leaving the apartment, on the way to the “We Demand Answers” ​​rally.
