He explained the transfer by the fact that absolutely all contractors refused to set the scene on Sakharov after the threats received. The authorities called the action on the Tver provocation and stated that "they would react hard to offenses." However, then the officials said that if the activists would “walk calmly”, then the police would not detain them.
Earlier, the metropolitan city hall demanded a rally without sound equipment and screens, because they "can affect people's behavior."
On June 12, shares against corruption are planned in more than 210 cities of Russia. The detentions began in Vladivostok, one participant in the action was doused with green, the organizer was fined for an inconsistent action. Activists were also detained in Blagoveshchensk, Kazan, Norilsk and Novosibirsk. In Blagoveshchensk, the Cossacks attacked the opposition.
