The judge of the Tver District Court of Moscow Ales Orekhova arrested for 15 days the leader of the Solidarity movement Ilya Yashin, Interfax reports. He was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal order of a police officer).
