OPR activist detained at truck stop

Sergey Ovchinnikov, a representative of the Association of Russian Carriers, was detained at the 8th kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road. He reported this by calling the OVD-Info hotline.

Truckers protesting against the Platon system moved from the 6th kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road, where they had a parking lot, to the 8th. Now the exits and entrances to the site are blocked by the police, the police do not allow trucks to leave. Ovchinnikov was detained right during a conversation with a police chief. Now he is in the car.
