Several participants in the “We Demand Answers” ​​protest were arrested for 10 days in Moscow.

The Tverskoy District Court arrested Andrey Filimoshkin, Alexander Baranov and Sergey Podlesny, who were detained yesterday at the “We demand answers” ​​rally, for 10 days under Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer).

Yesterday, 16 detainees were brought to the Ostankinsky police station in the center of Moscow. For most of them, protocols were drawn up under Art. 19.3, on two - according to Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event). These two were released from the department at night.

Today, 12 people were taken to the Tverskoy Court. Three were arrested, the case of Timur Akhtyamov was returned to the police to eliminate errors. The rest were brought back to the police department and after they signed the obligation to appear in court, they were released.

According to preliminary data from OVD-Info, 1,720 people were detained throughout Russia, of which 196 people were detained in the regions (excluding Moscow and St. Petersburg).

In Moscow, 866 detainees are known, who were taken to 42 Moscow police departments. At least 32 people spent the night in 11 police stations.
