Politician Ilya Yashin was arrested for 15 days

The Tverskoy District Court arrested the politician Ilya Yashin for 15 days for disobeying the lawful demand of a police officer (Article 19.3). This was reported in the News without lies group on the VKontakte social network.

Yashin was detained yesterday near Pushkinskaya Square, where at that moment an uncoordinated rally “We demand answers” ​​was taking place. According to him, he only managed to get off the subway:

I did not shout any slogans, I did not commit any illegal actions. I stood on the curb near the Izvestia building and just watched what was happening. I believe the reports of the police officers are falsified.

According to the police, Yashin "stand on a flower bed and was in a group of people who interfered with the passage of citizens."
