Strange discussion. I will not touch the condescending assessments of the number of those who went to Tverskaya. Let me remind you that the same sofa critics, just as condescending to the growth of the number of those who go to Moscow in Moscow, said that this is not important, but the fact that no one was going out in the regions. On June 12, a powerful surge in protest activity occurred in a huge number of regions. And this is the huge success of the Navalny campaign. But they are silent about it. It is equally uninteresting to argue with those who claim that Navalny canceled the rally on Sakharov Square, because he was afraid that few people would come. But the surge of activity in the regions occurred at permitted rallies. But this is not taken into account. Or - what to do with adults who are lamented about the children whom Navalny substituted. After all, the children themselves will ask them: “Where did you look? How did you allow all this? Why did you go to the country? Now do not powder our brains. We live here. And if you could not, then we will restore order here. ” And in general, no matter what we think about Navalny, we cannot blame him for hiding behind them. I am more interested in another plot. The conversation about him is further.

Article 31 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation writes: "Citizens of the Russian Federation have the right to gather peacefully without weapons, hold meetings, rallies and demonstrations, processions and pickets." And in article 18, about this and our other rights are minted (read carefully): "The rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen are directly acting. They determine the meaning, content and application of laws, the activities of legislative and executive branch, local self -government and are provided by justice." And if you read it, then ask yourself: do their laws and their actions really follow the spirit and letter of this article? And pay attention to the words "directly acting" rights and freedoms. And this despite the fact that in our Constitution it is already recorded about its direct action.

I will need another article by our Constitution, my beloved, at number 3, so I bring it entirely:
"1. The bearer of sovereignty and the only source of power in the Russian Federation is its multinational people.
2. The people exercise their power directly, as well as through state authorities and local governments.
3. The highest direct expression of the power of the people is a referendum and free elections.
4. No one can assign power in the Russian Federation. The seizure of power or the assignment of power is persecuted by federal law. ”

Everything is very important here and driven to each other. After all, among rallies, etc. There are the most important - protest. They are a type of direct exercise of power by the people when the power formed by the people breaks down from the leash and begins to alodefully. Thus committing the most grave constitutional crime.
