Anton Antonov-Ovseenko, Vladimir Streltsov, Veronika Velt, Vyacheslav Vankin, Alexey Filatov, Vadim Vorontsov, Vladimir Matsulevich, Igor Bakirov, Natalya Bortkevich, Irina Ilyina also found themselves in Avtozak. The detainees were taken to the Tver police department.

144 amendments were introduced to the second reading, 120 of them were approved.
