The Plenum of the Supreme Court adopted the decision "On the application of procedural coercion measures when considering administrative cases." This was reported on the website of the Prosecutor General.

The document adopted at the initiative of the supervisory authority gives judges the right to limit the performances of the participants in the process, deprive them of the word, and also remove them from the hall in case of violations.

"Explanations will create conditions for a uniform approach to the use of procedural coercion measures and allow judges to stop the possibility of abuse of procedural rights by persons participating in the case," the report said. It is noted that the decree "is fully consistent with the principle of procedural economy."

The restriction of the performance can be applied if the participant in the process affects issues that are not related to trial. "The grounds for depriving the word are also a violation of the sequence of speeches, a double failure to fulfill the requirements of the chairman, the assumption of gross expressions or insulting statements or calls for the implementation of actions pursued in accordance with the law," the Legal Report website notes .
