The Tatar Islamic activist, human rights activist and blogger Ilmir Imayev, convicted of a period of three and a half years in the Khizb Ut-Tahrir case, was transferred from the IK-5 of the general regime in the Rubtsovsk Territory to the FSINSKY TUBERTALSK hospital No. 12 in Barnaul. This was reported on Wednesday by Azatlıq Radiosı with reference to Ravil Imayev, the wife of Politzek.
The reason for the hospitalization of 65-year-old Imayev is unknown. The interlocutor of the radio station said that the last time she talked with her husband on the phone at the beginning of last month and then he did not complain about health. Imayev, according to his wife, did not submit statements about the transfer to the hospital.
In the KTB-12 itself, where Ravil Imayev called, the reason for the hospitalization of her husband was not specified.
The interlocutor Azatlıq Radiosı also said that she hired a lawyer in Barnaul, but when he appeared to Imayev, the Politzek refused to communicate with him.
Imaev was sentenced to a deadline in a colony-settlement, but later he was tightened by the sentence, sending him to a general regime colony. Immediately upon arrival at IK-5, the political zyt was placed in Bezun (a detachment of strict conditions for serving a sentence). On December 24, 2016, relatives learned that Imaev was sent to a schizo. As Ravil Imayeva now said, they sent it to the schizo several times, every time for far -fetched reasons.
In August 2016, Imayev was taken to LIU-1 in Barnaul-the FSINS hospital for alcoholics, drug addicts and convicts with tuberculosis and AIDS. Relatives of the Politzek turned to the supervisory authorities and to human rights activists, and after 10 days he was returned to IK-5. Upon his return, Imaev called relatives and said that Liu -1 was "the worst place in the entire Altai Territory." As noted, the political prisoner said "in an unusual voice, with a tear." The reasons for the August sending of Imayev to the hospital remain unknown.
At the end of December, simultaneously with the news of Politzek’s placement in a schizo, relatives received information that they intend to be transferred to LIU-1 again. As far as is known, as a result, Imayev was not sent there again.
The term for the conclusion of the activist expires on July 21.
In IK-5 in Rubtsovsk, in the beginning of this year , the Oppositionist Ildar Dadin was serving the last one and a half months of the conclusion. Since September 2015, LIU-1 has a seaside partisan Roman Savchenko , sentenced to 24 years of maximum security.
Imaev is a native of the Kazakh city of Petropavlovsk. By education, a mathematician, by profession a photographer. In 1997, together with his family, he moved to the historical homeland and settled in Kazan.
There, Imaev participated in a number of shares in defense of Islamic values and lifestyle, in particular the Koran and wearing hijabs. In the early 2010s, he supported , including information, Muslim Political Zyube. Since the end of 2013, he covered the situation with the torture of the Chistopol Jamaat arrested in the case .
The activist’s performances caused a sharp rejection of the official Islamic clergy and theologians of Tataria. In October 2013, the rector of the Russian Islamic University of Russian Islamic University Rafik Mukhametshin publicly, in the mosque, threatened Imayev with persecution by the FSB.
On January 13, 2014, two TSPE operatives with the use of gross physical strength detained Imayev and delivered for interrogation to the regional head of the Investigative Committee for interrogation to the deputy head of the 1st department to investigate especially important cases to Colonel of Justice Alexei Andrushkevich.
The activist spent the next two days in the IVS; During this time, he was charged with extremism. However, on January 15, the judge of the Soviet district court Kazan Alsu Shaikhutdinov, contrary to the petition of the investigator and the prosecutor who insisted on the arrest of the detainee, determined him with a measure of restraint of the lower wizard.
Despite the opening of the case, Imaev continued to actively cover Muslim pursuit in Tataria on his FB page . Then the records are interrupted - probably due to the fact that Andrushkevich achieved for an activist of house arrest.
Later, on April 9 of the same year, the measure of restraint Imayev was again tightened - he was sent to the pre -trial detention center.
The Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan issued the human rights activist on December 18, 2014. Imayev was declared guilty under paragraph "in" Part 2 of Article 282 (excitement of hatred or enmity as part of an organized group) and part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organization).
Two other defendants - Azat Khasanov and Ildar Shaikhutdinov - received six and a half years of strict and five and a half years of general regime, respectively. Khasanov was the main accused - he was charged with part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code (organization of activities of an extremist organization), and not part 2, like Shaikhutdinov and Imayev.
Two more defendants - Rustam Akhmedov and Lenar Galimov - disappeared, and Galimov fled from under house arrest. Materials in their regard were allocated in a separate production.
Among other things, Imayev and other accused were charged with the holding in October and December 2012 two automobiles in Kazan. “At the same time, black and white flags with the symbols of the specified extremist organization (Hizb Ut -Tahrir.” Were used for visual agitation. - Ed.), ” The Tataria prosecutor’s office said.
