Report from the Tver Court of Moscow, where the detainees are judged on June 12

The day after the action against corruption on Tverskaya Square. The cases of the detainees begins to consider the court at the place of the crime-the Tver District, who had just departed from the action on March 26. In the morning, volunteers of the OVD-Info project and lawyers attracted by “open Russia”, “Rus sitting”, FBK, and primarily the same “OVD-Info” (free legal assistance are being detained).

Volunteers - among them are both elderly and youth - with full products of products. The bailiffs stood silently, and were annoyed when one of the activists took pictures of them.

Judge Ales Orekhova, opening the meeting in the morning, immediately transferred him to 14 hours, refusing to interrogate all the witnesses of the defense and limited herself to the interrogation of one policeman, the one who participated in the detention of Yashin.

- Come on the verdict! - In the third hour, the secretary of the court session called all.

Incorrectly quietly, Judge Orekhova went into the hall. I quickly read out the resolution of the sentence: 15 days for “disobedience to the legal order of the police officer” (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). She left as quickly, closing the door behind her. The audience chanted her a shame. The bailiffs threatened to drive everyone out of the hall. The cries did not stop until the exit of the supporters of Yashin from the court. Three activists-two female retired and one elderly man-the bailiffs still dragged into their room, from where screams and swearing were soon heard. Those present at the incident were looking for a lawyer for the detainees, but a few minutes later the door opened and all three came out with smiles on their faces. The bailiffs regretted them and did not draw up any protocols for insulting the court.

“We explained to the bailiff that we simply expressed their opinion after the sentence is announced, as a result, the bailiff told us“ come from here, ”one of the pensioners shared. Together with another woman, going out into the street, she treated everyone to the jam brought with her home pies.

Ilya Yashin was taken to a special projector No. 1 on Simferopol Boulevard. In social networks, he complained that thereby for two weeks he was turned off from the municipal campaign of "Solidarity" in the Krasnoselsky district.

In the protocol, as Andrei said, an uncertain address of the detention is indicated. And his friends, in whose eyes the detention, the court refused to interrogate as witnesses. Bottom line: 10 days of arrest.

Also, on June 13, under Article 19.3, the Code of Administrative Offenses was condemned by Mark Halperin - 15 days (judge Maria Moskalenko), Alexander Baranova and Sergey Podlesnoy - 10 days each. All hearings were held according to the same scenario: they did not interrogate witnesses of defense, they called only the police.

On June 14, they were judged, among other things, those who, after the action on June 12, spent two nights in a row in the Department of Internal Affairs. Among them was the 42-year-old Orest Cherchesov, who introduced himself as an “independent blogger”.

“I was not released the only one home - only because I refused to sign the protocol,” Cherchesov was indignant in the corridors of the court. His defender, Eduard Rudyk from the “Committee for Civil Rights” explained: the protocol was drawn up with gross violations. “It is not clear which body of the inquiry began to conduct the case,” Rudyk explained to Judge Lyubov Vinogradova. In addition, and for some reason the signature under the detention protocol was put by the district police officer of the Ryazan district of Moscow, i.e. An employee obligated to be responsible for the rule of law is clearly not on Pushkinskaya Square.

Cherchesov said the story of his detention: on June 12, he planned to meet with a friend at the Pushkinskaya metro station, but at the exit from the metro he discovered a dense crowd of people. To record what was happening in the video, Orestes climbed a large concrete tub with a tree and opened a tablet. But at some point, it became impossible to hold on to the crowd due to the influx of the crowd. “I grabbed the tree so as not to fall to the ground - there was a crush. I held on. And then the police came up ... My security island turned into a hazard is a hazard, ”Cherchesov said. According to him, the police removed him from the tubs with a tree, at the time of the detention they inflicted several beats in the kidneys, broke the tablet and died down, after which they dragged it into a car gut.

A group of detainees, in which Cherchesov found himself, was later divided into two. Of the 13 people who ended up in the OMVD of the Ryazan district, only Cherchesov remained detained.

The hearing of the Cherchesov case was little different from the processes of other detainees. Two policemen came out of the witnesses: in one of them, Cherchesov identified OMON employee, who was sitting at the wheel of a car carrier. "How can you testify if you did not even detain me?" - the blogger was indignant. They did not answer him.

The testimonies of the police - two sergeants of the police from the Second Opera of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - were almost the same. According to them, Cherchesov was not at all in a tub with a tree, but "stood on the side of the road", shouted slogans, during the detention "pushed, showed a slight resistance to detention."

• Did I push you? - Cherchesov could not stand it, looking at the second policeman. - Pushed you, then? But this bruise who left me, not you?

Earlier, he said that injuries simply did not manage to testify in the emergency room.

Between the testimonies of the police who performed separately, there was one discrepancy, however, the first found a poster from Cherchesov, and the second “did not see” any poster. However, in her final decision, Judge Vinogradov noted that no contradictions between the testimony of witnesses were “found” ...

Bottom line: 10 days of arrest under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

At this time, in the neighboring halls of the Tver court continued to obey the case; Police, lawyers, bailiffs scurried along the corridor. Closer to two o’clock in the afternoon in court, accompanied by bailiffs, Ildar Dadin suddenly appeared, who was sought by human rights activists the day before. It turned out that Dadina was kept in the Nizhny Novgorod police department and only today they brought to court. According to the activist himself, who recently received the Boris Nemtsov Award, he is charged with a violation under the same article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, as well as parts of the eighth of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (“repeated violation of the established procedure for holding a rally”). The maximum punishment under this article is a fine of up to 300 thousand rubles or an arrest of up to 30 days.

Activists of the OVD-Info and other human rights organizations continue to be on duty in court. New courts are expected tomorrow, June 15.
