Participants in unauthorized rallies do not have enough support from the organizers

There are situations when it is necessary to go to an “unauthorized” rally or march. When the action is necessary - because it is impossible to be silent, and the authorities brazenly refuses to hold the action or sends the protesters to a deliberately unsuitable place - politicians may call to go out into the “inconsistent” regime. But, calling for this, they must be responsible for everyone who is called to the streets, and not just for themselves.

And to be prepared for possible detentions, when people who called for “getting out and not afraid of anything, because the law, law, truth and common sense on our side” will be first in the gas stations, then in the police departments, and then in court. With the chances of getting not only a fine (in the amount of 10 thousand rubles), but also an administrative arrest for up to 15 days. With all the consequences that arise for their life plans.

Those who call for an inconsistent action are obliged to prepare legal assistance to the detainees in advance - lawyers and public defenders (because you will not attack so many lawyers).

The volunteers who will go around the police departments are obliged to prepare in advance, delivering water and food to the detainees, toilet paper and napkins. And collect the money for which it will have to buy it, because communism has not yet come.

They are obliged to take care of the machines in which the “mobile brigades” will go around the police departments, demanding from the police compliance with the laws.

They are obliged to agree on interaction with members of the public observation commission - they should be allowed to be allowed to be allowed to be allowed to be enough and send people to the auto -zats) to the detainees.

They are obliged to think about where the Center for Assistance Assisters will operate, in which they will compile lists of detainees, distribute volunteers to the police department, send lawyers and public defenders, respond to calls of relatives of detainees and journalists.

They are obliged to understand that they should do this, if the detentions begin, they should first of all-and not someone else. That this is, first of all, their responsibility to people.

In practice, alas, it happens differently. Including in St. Petersburg after anti -corruption shares on March 26 and June 12.

I can judge from my own experience: on March 26, I spent 5 hours in the police, seeking the liberation of the detainees, and on June 12, public activists and I traveled to the police departments for more than eight hours, where there were 600 detainees. And in both cases, civil activists and human rights activists who did not have any relation to the organization of these shares took on the main burden on the provision of assistance to the detainees.

In addition, the initiators of the “inconsistent” exit are obliged to warn the protesters - what can happen to them on an inconsistent action, and how to behave. Because statements about the Constitution, which guarantees the right to peaceful meetings (which is pure truth) look good on Twitter, but so far do not work in the police or in court.

Therefore, those who go to an inconsistent action must be in advance and honestly warn about the consequences.

To advise that they take documents and medicines with them (who needs it), because they will not be released from the police to the pharmacy, and they may not cause an ambulance.

To take the batteries - to charge mobile phones when they “sit down”, because there will be nowhere to recharge. And then they will not even be able to inform where they are, and what is happening to them.

So that they know their rights: they know that they may not testify against themselves (according to the 51st article of the Constitution) and are not obliged to take fingerprints (even if they are threatened with arrest).

So that they try in advance to agree with the acquaintances of lawyers (who has) about operational assistance, if necessary.

In order for minors who are going to go to an inconsistent action, they know that if they are detained, they will be transferred from the police only to parents or other legal representatives, even if they are already 17 years old and they can live completely independently. Because if the parents do not come, they will be held for two days in the “Temporary Contents of Linners”, and then they will be taken to the court, which can detain them before the appearance of their parents for another 30 days.

On the night of June 12, in St. Petersburg, after an “anti-corruption action”, it turned out that a 17-year-old student from the Tula region was detained. And parents, in principle, cannot come for her earlier than the next day. What, thank God, happened, but if she came to study from the Far East? In any case, neither she nor other minors who, in large numbers, went on June 12 on the Marse Field (then the police will say that almost a quarter of the detainees - minors), no one bothered to explain all this in advance.

Among those who took to the streets in St. Petersburg and March 26, and June 12, the youth were the vast majority. Moreover, mostly these were very young guys - from 18 to 23 years old.

Arriving at the Marse field, they clearly convinced how the power that dispersed the peaceful protest applies to them. Talking about their trust in power is now useless.

But if they are convinced that for some of the opposition politicians they are nothing more than a “fighting unit”, the number of which can be trumped in conversations with the authorities, nothing more than a mass of which does not need to explain anything (but only you need to indicate where to go), and which, if it happened, they will have real assistance-they will also refuse to trust these politicians.
