Tverskaya District Court
Orestes Cherchesov was arrested for 10 days under Art. 19.3 Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal orders of police officers). He was not left to the police department before the trial - he came himself.
Stanislav Belansky was arrested for 10 days under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, in addition, he was fined 15 thousand rubles under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code (violation by the participant of the public event of the established procedure for holding the meeting).
The affairs of Ildar Dadina under Art. 19.3 Code of Administrative Offenses and Part 8 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code (re -committing an administrative offense) was sent back to the Nizhny Novgorod police department.
Consideration of the case of Mikhail Aralov under Part 8 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code postponed.
