The Dzerzhinsky Court of St. Petersburg is currently holding a hearing on the administrative case of human rights activist Dinar Idrisov. Olga Egorova wrote about this on her Facebook page.
The hearing is being held behind closed doors, and Yegorova was kicked out of the courthouse. According to her, the chairman of the court told her that “she is no one and has no right to record anything.”
Idrisov was detained on June 13 in the same Dzerzhinsky court. First, a protocol was drawn up against him under Art. 17.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobeying the order of a judge or bailiff), was released from the court, but then dragged back into the building. Someone threw a bottle at him, which he waved away with his hand, causing it to fly back towards the courthouse - after which the police ran out and, calling for help from riot police, detained Idrisov again.
