The Blagoveshchensk City Court ruled on those detained at a rally against corruption on June 12. This was reported to OVD-Info by one of the activists.
The organizers of the rally, Alexander Gogladze and Pyotr Bolotin, were arrested for 10 days. Participant Maxim Shmelev was fined 13 thousand rubles, found guilty under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 (violation by a participant of the established procedure for holding a public event). He was in the police department and temporary detention center for more than a day. Shmelev, a few minutes before the start of the rally, was detained along with Olga Dobrovolskaya, who was fined 10,000 rubles under Part 5 of Article 20.2.
The rest of the participants were also fined under Part 5 of Art. 20.2: Alexander Koreiko - 13 thousand rubles, Vitaly Lonshakov - 10 thousand, Mikhail Zinoviev - 11 thousand.
Viktor Bondarenko, Oleg Nasonov, Stepan Karnakov, Nikita Barmanin and Darya Kosheleva were detained and protocols were drawn up against them under Part 5 of Article 20.2, and then released. Nasonov's passport was taken away from his hands in the department, and they also carried out an inspection without witnesses.
Yevgeny Poliyanov was also detained and a protocol was drawn up against him under Part 5 of Article 20.2. Whether the court has ruled on his case remains to be seen.
