Bayan Shiryanov died

Today, June 15, writer Bayan Shiryanov (Kirill Vorobyov) died in Moscow at the age of 52.

This is stated in the message on the page of the Bayan Shiryanov support group on Facebook. The writer has been seriously ill, since 2015, funds were raised for his treatment.

Kirill Borisovich Vorobyov was born in 1964 in Kirov, in the 1990s he began to be published on the Internet under the pseudonym Bayan Shiryanov, also used other pseudonyms.

Bayan Shiryanov’s trilogy “Pilota” about the life of Moscow drug addicts, which included the books “lower aerobatics” (nominated to the Apollo Grigoryeva Apollo Grigoryeva), Medic for Medic forces and Supreme piloting, gained the greatest fame.

In connection with the book “Medic for example”, activists of the “Walking Together” movement turned to the prosecutor’s office, accusing her author of the spread of pornography. The writer started the case under Art. 242 of the Criminal Code, but in 2005 the court issued an acquittal in the case.
