But the main emphasis will, of course, will once again be made to correct the fact that bad boyars and governors have done. It is not for nothing that Presidential Tolmach Dmitry Peskov confidently predicted: “Unfortunately, the majority of issues are still those issues that can and should solve local authorities, regional authorities. As before, unfortunately, people often say that it is sometimes easier for them to reach the president than before the leadership of their own regions, ”Peskov said. According to his admission, "such appeals, of course, watch and read very painfully."

However, the governor and the boyars Putin will most likely not be exposed. Peskov prudently clarified that "the matter is not even in the leaders of the regions, the case is the officials who are on the spot, in the front edge of communication with citizens ...
