The State Duma adopted in the second reading the amendments to the law "On State Protection", limiting access to data on the property of senior government officials. This follows from the document card in the database of the lower house.

The explanatory note states that the purpose of requests from extracts from the Unified State Register of Rights to Real Estate is not the property, but the personal data of its owner.
