Six companies went to contracts for organizing children in Moscow schools totaling about 50 billion rubles, five of which are associated with entrepreneur Evgeny Prigozhin. This is stated in the investigation of the anti -corruption center of the Yabloko party, Medusa reports .

According to the results of 36 public procurement for the organization of food in schools for the period until 2019, 94 percent of the contracts were won by School-Yuz LLC, Moskovsky School LLC, CONDORD Plant Control School, Preschool Power Power Plant CJSC and VITO-1 CJSC. All these companies, according to Yabloko, controls Priguzhin, which is called Putin’s personal cook. Contracts were received by LLC "Social Power" Center ". The owners of this company are not reported.

According to Yabloko lawyers, public procurement went with violations that fall under article 178 of the Criminal Code (restriction of competition). The party intends to transfer the materials of their investigation into law enforcement agencies.

Prior to this, the Yabloko anti -corruption center found that the companies associated with Prigogin from September 2015 received similar contracts by almost 28 billion rubles.

In August last year, the Prigozhin address was made by the Corruption Fund . As stated in the FBK investigation, six one-day companies associated with each other and a billionaire of illegal conspiracy during tenders received 6.4 billion rubles from the budget for the repair of objects of the Ministry of Defense.

In October, the FBK filed an application with the FSB on Prigozhin . “We legally prove that he organizes cartels to obtain illegal superprofits at public procurement,” said the founder of the Foundation Alexei Navalny. “Prigozhin simply cuts off the Russian army.”

On May 19, the Navalny Foundation issued a new investigation, which proved that Prigozhin as a result of a cartel conspiracy received over 23 billion rubles from the Ministry of Defense , and about a third of this amount was stolen. On May 22, the Federal Antimonopoly Service recognized the presence of a cartel conspiracy at the trading of the Ministry of Defense won by Prigozhin structures. The case was opened at the appeal of the FBK. According to the results of the meeting, the officials agreed that Prigozhin Megaline, Ecobalt, Ruskoplex, Component and Special resource, which simultaneously participated in the auction, violated the antimonopoly legislation. At the same time, the main company of the Concord billionaire is not mentioned in the decision, although the FBK noted in its appeal that it was this company that coordinated the actions of the rest.

In addition, three more companies Prigozhin - Prometheus, ASP and ARS -Service - were not recognized as the participants of the cartel. Meanwhile, the FBC is sure that these structures at the Gostorgs acted illegally. FBK intends to appeal to law enforcement agencies with a demand to initiate a business against the article 178 of the Criminal Code against the participants.
