Members of the banned Hizb ut-Tahrir received 15 to 18 years in prison

ut-Tahrir writes Amirkhan Numonchonov, Alisher Huseynov, Sukhrob Ironov, Naimjon Khodzhaev, Mirzobakhovvadin Kurbonov were found guilty of organizing the activities of a terrorist organization (Part 1 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code). Kurbonov was fined 100 thousand rubles, Ironov 300 thousand rubles.

The investigation believes that the defendants participated in the activities of a terrorist organization that carried out active recruitment activities, propagated the ideas of radical Islam, and advocated the construction of an Islamic caliphate on the territory of the Russian Federation.
