
The Moscow City Court recognized the administrative arrest appointed for the action on June 12 to the leader of the Solidarity movement Ilya Yashin. This was reported by RAPSI.
Thus, the decree of the Tver District Court of the capital entered into force, according to which the opposition was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (police disobedience) and arrested for 15 days.
The court decided to arrest Yashin on Tuesday . At the process, he stated that he was detained "three minutes after leaving the metro." "I did not shout any slogans, did not perform unlawful actions. I got into the curb near the Izvestia building and just watched what was happening. I consider the police reports to be falsified," the opposition said.
On the same day, one of the leaders of the New Opposition Mark Halperin received 15 days of arrest. For 10 days, Andrei Filimoshkin, Alexander Baranov and Sergey Podlesny, were convicted of shares. For the same time, Zamoskvoretsky District Court arrested Nationalist Politics Vyacheslav Maltsev. Three more detainees were arrested for 7 days. All of them were charged with disobedience to the policeman.
In addition, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow arrested for 10 days for disobedience to the police director of the Corruption Fund Roman Rubanov. He was one of the applicants of the rally on Sakharov Avenue and came to the place of the canceled action to fulfill the responsibilities of the organizer. According to the police, Rubanov interfered with the passage of citizens and did not allow lawyer Violette Volkova to speak.
On June 12, in Moscow , 866 protesters were detained at the Anti-Corruption Promotion according to the OVD-Info. At the same time, the police reported 150 detentions. In turn, the city hall stated that among the detainees there were 136 minors . More than 30 people were left for the night in the police. In St. Petersburg, 658 people were detained, 235 of them were left in the police department. Almost 200 people were detained during shares in other cities. The police and riot police themselves unreasonably applied violence to demonstrators.
